Russia was using air attacks and artillery to destroy the city of Bakhmut, east of Ukraine, as a Ukrainian commander called «Tierra quemada» tactics. Correspondent Ben Wedeman, CNN’s special envoy to Ukraine, discussed the Ukrainians that defied the attacks in the devastating areas of Bakhmut, and prepared a report with captured images of a Ukrainian armored vehicle that destroyed the devastation in this city.
